Conveyancing Solicitor / Qualified Conveyancer Vacancy – Hitchin

An exciting opportunity arises for a Conveyancing Solicitor/Qualified Conveyancer with 5+ PQE, to join an expanding Property department in our friendly, well respected and established firm in central Hitchin.

The existing team comprises the two Company Directors and four members of support staff.

You will manage your own residential conveyancing files, using our case management system, with secretarial support.

The candidate will be technically skilled in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing to include new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, unregistered land and land transfers.

The candidate must have excellent client care skills and be prepared to deal politely and respectfully with agent and broker contacts, as client satisfaction is the overriding priority in a business where we do not enter referral arrangements.

The Property department is always busy and the applicant should be prepared and able to manage a sizeable caseload.

This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.
